Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



We do not offer refunds on transactions and only offer replacement and exchange. All products in Frills are made especially on customers’ demand, and hence we are unable to accept any returns. However, in case of delivery of a wrong or damaged product, the customer is liable to get a replacement from Frills at no extra cost.



1.     Raise exchange request: Contact us through email at or through WhatsApp at +91 7217895020 within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include the order number and picture/video and mention the reason for the exchange request. * #

2. Pick-up schedule: We will schedule a pickup for the product/s within seven working days of receiving your request through our external delivery partner. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and handover to the delivery partner. **

3.     Exchange processing: After receiving the return, we will process your exchange and dispatch the new/desired product.

4.     Exchanged product delivery: It will take us ten working days from the receipt of the item to process your exchange and deliver the new product.



Physical damage at the customer’s end and tampering with the packaging violates the return policy and such exchanges will not be accepted.
